Dad's favorite treat~

Halloween wouldn't be complete without a batch of my Dad's Caramel Corn. When I was a child, my Dad would whip this treat up for us on movie nights. He always added nuts; the combination of sweet and salty and crunchy was perfect.

 

I love making this treat now and will be making some special batches for Halloween. If you are local, you may see some at Two Sisters very soon.
